November CalFresh Benefits
On November 7, the U.S. Supreme Court ordered a temporary stay to allow a lower court to decide on whether the Trump administration’s refusal to fund SNAP benefits during this government shutdown should continue.
As a result of the Supreme Court’s order, some CalFresh recipients' benefits may be further delayed. A ruling is expected quickly, and additional information will be available soon.
This impacts all CalFresh households and cannot be appealed.
You can keep using your existing benefits as usual.
