Telephone Reassurance and Friendly Visitation

The Telephone Reassurance and Friendly Visitation Program provides social support to help clients prevent depression and isolation. The program includes telephone contact, visiting and other social reassurance services to verify that the client is not in medical, psychological or social crisis. These services are provided in the interest of assisting clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life, not only by addressing their physical needs but their emotional and social needs as well.


Enrolled clients must be 60 years old or more and reside in San Joaquin County.
